Here is another nice Nissan Skyline GTR, and the previous owner made a few solid mods to this one, notably the shifter. The throws are short, and so defined that there is no question as to whether or not you’re in gear. The car is also lurchy during low-speed turns, hinting at the presence of an LSD! The Recaro seats are very much “track-friendly”. The passenger seat is more forgiving, but that driver seat wants to envelope you in a big bear hug and make sure you stay put. The wheels are very tasteful, and compliment the car very well. Overall, a fine example that will be sure to put a big smile on your face!
Due to the age of our cars it isn’t uncommon to find areas of high wear. The brakes on this car could use a refresh. Since this is a commonly upgraded area we leave this to the responsibility of our customers since the next owner will likely have a brand of preference. Montu can facilitate the refresh if desired. R32 Information:
Entering production in August 1989, the R32 Skyline GT-R was revolutionary in it’s class. It was nicknamed “Godzilla” in Australia due to it’s ability to outperform the V8 muscle cars that were popular during the time. With a 276hp 2.6L twin-turbo inline 6 and all-wheel drive, it could dominate on the drag strip or road course. The motor was matched to a 5 speed Getrag manual with a final drive ratio of 4.111. Also available was a 4 wheel steering system, helping the GT-R utilize all of it’s available grip. With a plethora of aftermarket parts and tuning it’s possible to push 1000hp from the GT-R.
