In production from 1991-97, the Suzuki Cappuccino was Suzuki’s sports car entry for the Kei car class. Weighing a hair under 1,600 lbs, and with a 657cc turbocharged three-cylinder making 63hp, the Cappuccino made for an excellent competitor to the Honda Beat. It followed the true sports car layout with an FR drivetrain. It was available as a closed-top coupe, T-top, or as a full convertible. There was a minor update in 1995 to the EA21R, however power levels remained the same at 63hp. The motor was revised however, and rebuilt with lighter materials to save weight.
