On the surface this car looks like just another R32 GTR…and well, it is! Nothing really stands out on this car from any other GTR, and we mean that in a good way. The paint looks good, the interior looks good, the car runs and drives well, and even the a/c blows cold. In a world full of custom, modified, and abused or neglected old cars, to see a nice example that just does its job is refreshing. This is the sort of R32 GTR you can drive and not feel guilty about it. To nitpick, the dash has small bubbles (smaller than average), and oddly enough the seat cover on the passenger seat is worn. But with a working a/c these “issues” are moot. Cars like this at this price point won’t be here forever. With prices in Japan climbing steadily and exceptional examples far and few between, not to mention budget unfriendly, a car like this if well kept could very well be an investment. Did we mention the a/c actually works???

R32 Information:
Entering production in August 1989, the R32 Skyline GT-R was revolutionary in it’s class. It was nicknamed “Godzilla” in Australia due to it’s ability to outperform the V8 muscle cars that were popular during the time. With a 276hp 2.6L twin-turbo inline 6 and all-wheel drive, it could dominate on the drag strip or road course. The motor was matched to a 5 speed Getrag manual with a final drive ratio of 4.111. Also available was a 4 wheel steering system, helping the GT-R utilize all of it’s available grip. With a plethora of aftermarket parts and tuning it’s possible to push 1000hp from the GT-R.
Financing Information:
Financing a JDM car is slightly different than getting a conventional car loan; don’t worry, it’s easier than you might think. Go to the FINANCING section of our FAQ page for more details.
